A Brighton Wedding Photo Story
by Surrey Wedding Photographer Jason Leaman Photography
Hayley & James got married in Brighton, starting at the Grand Pavilion. A Brighton Wedding is always about movement end energy. This wedding was a vibe from start to finish with just the right amount of pre-wedding nerves mixed with the confidence to pull it off.
The Pavilion, as magnificent as it is, right in the middle of a busy and bustling Brighton, is a crazy beautiful place to get married. Get it right and you can feel like you have the place all to yourself. With just a little time, there's a lot to photograph inside the Pavilion and get those glamorous portraits before heading out into the grounds where you can use this incredible building as the ultimate backdrop for some family photos. It's pretty quick-fire for a photographer and you've got to know how to get the images fast without it feeling like you're up against it, but we got some great photos outside before jumping on the old route-master bus and on to the reception venue - The Carne in Hove...
What an amazing place. Private bar, dressed to perfection with cocktails and the most incredible food all served up by the best staff. Hayley & James had the place booked out for a private party and it just flowed. Good people, good food, good music, and a party by the sea - I didn't want to leave.
Everything about this kind of homespun, easy going wedding is right up my street. There's an honesty and a simplicity that gives way to an emotional and powerful wedding day experience. Photographing and documenting this Brighton Wedding is everything I love about capturing people at their peak.
If you're planning your dancing on tables with tequila on the dancefloor wedding in Brighton just let me know - I'll be there in a flash.
